I agree with your approach to the subject of duality, which is so helpful when one tries to comprehend things such as life and death. I liken duality to a seemingly endless ping pong match, where we get whacked around, back and forth. Even if it takes a million lifetimes, we will ultimately get tired of it due to the headache we get. That is inevitable and that is the suffering that can lead us to the eternal (not temporal) bliss that is God. Love heals those "million lifetimes" by showing us they were just a dream (maya) of opposites when God has no opposite. In this life, I have learned I can put perceptions down, even tho I thought they were all I had. About 6 years ago I did. The Holy Spirit came and showed me Heaven. Yet when "I" was there, there was no "I." Only upon returning to form, space, and time am I able to say it was a perfection that is beyond description. So to me, that is a key to Heaven; be not fearful of losing anything because to join with God is everything. You are offering wisdom; which can take the place of suffering and quicken our journey thru the dream of duality, time, space, and form. Thank you!
Thank you, Spirit! With All of us together, sharing our gifts, the beautiful tapestry of Love healing our lives and actually Being Who We Are cannot help but come to life, sooner or later. Nowadays, it seems like it will be sooner, rather than later.
Thank you for writing about this topic. It is very important to me, because I am a channeler. 8 bgsn channeling energy, information and healing from angels. I preferred to say if I don't put my attention on the darkness it doesn't exist for me. However it did and does because eventi started releasing it to as part of the healings I was doing. I learned to call them demons from my Mexican teacher. But recently I choose to call them suffering. We all have alot of this energy with us. It seems to feed off our suffering and when we are finally releasing a negative belief system about ourselves, other people, life, they have nothing more to receive from us and can be released. It isn't a pleasant part of my work because I can feel physically and emotionally the suffering they cause being released. But once they are gone, there is only love and peace and joy left in that area if our lives. I have find using the prayer from Ho'oponopono is a really effective and less painful way to release them. And you are using love. I often end with I forgive you, I forgive me, I release you and I release me. Remembering our true power in these matters.

In all my fifty years of working as an astrologer and intuitive, I never got as much response from books I would recommend than I did from Joe Vitale and Len Haleakala’s book, Zero Limits. I think over time, forty people called to express their gratitude for the book recommend, it so changed their lives. Thanks again. I can’t get my italics tur off.
